Robin Borg, Vice President Global Human Resources, Medivators a Cantel Medical Company

Robin Borg, SPHR, VP of Human Capital at Medivators, is a strategic executive with health care industry experience, including software technology (SaaS), provider, professional services consulting, and med-tech device. Her specialties include high-growth culture development, rapid hiring of top-notch talent, talent management, change management, organization design, and senior executive coaching.

Robin’s guiding philosophies are grounded in the theory that a healthy organization provides the winning capacity to achieve beyond all other disciplines. Her driving passion is to help companies maximize their performance by aligning their business and people objectives.

Robin’s career experiences range from founding her own HR consulting boutique – People Factor – that that supported an array of companies, from venture capital backed med-tech companies to executive HR leadership roles with BSC, St Jude Medical, and Optum.  As a Global VP of Human Capital for Medivators, a division of Cantel Medical with annual growth rates of 25 percent, she plays a major role in the company’s performance by elevating team performance through employee development, leading organizational strategy and fostering a culture of entrepreneurialism.

Robin is a graduate from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR).  She is an avid, competitive distance runner and a veteran of six marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
