The Consortium for Universal Healthcare Credentialing (C4UHC) invites you to attend the 2018 Fall Summit. A diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from hospital systems to suppliers to vendor credentialing organizations are following the ANSI standards development process to develop a consensus based standard for vendor credentialing. The Consortium for Universal Healthcare Credentialing has implemented a data registry pilot program using those standards and interoperability. At the Summit, the Consortium will share results from the pilot program and an update on the ANSI standards development process.
